Fees

I accept the following Insurances:

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield

I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards

• Initial diagnostic appointment (60 minutes): $185

• Follow up appointments (50 minutes): $160

• Cancellation fee <24 hour notice/no show: $160 (full fee)

• Consultation/Supervision (45 minutes): $160

I am an out of network provider for other commercial insurances. 

 

If you have an out of network benefit for other commercial insurance, you may be able to be reimbursed for payment after paying for sessions. I will provide a comprehensive receipt (superbill) with necessary information for reimbursement to submit to your insurance company. You can contact your insurance company to confirm your benefits.
